Ordering
1. To order please email us at bebe.et.maman@gmail.com
Confirmation of Orders
2. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 2 days upon receiving the order via email. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Prices
3. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.
Warranty of Goods/Services
4. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
5. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided one.
Delivery services
6. Delivery is free for orders above S$300 and delivered within
By Postage Mail
All Packages, including local and international orders, will be sent via Singapore Post.
Bebe et Maman will not be liable for any lost/damaged packages that are mailed via non registered postage. Registered mail is therefore strongly recommended.
Local Orders
S$2 for postage and handling fees **
** Items excludes Diaper/Baby bags. Postages for Diaper/Baby bags will be charge at prevailing rates from Singapore Post
Additional S$2.30 for Singapore Post Registered Articles (Strongly recommended)
International Orders
Postage/Handling fees and Insurance of parcel as per prevailing rates from Singapore Post
By Courier Service
Island wide courier service is available at a flat rate of S$8. Delivery date and time will be confirmed via email.
Payment Processing
7. We only accept bank transfer payments.
8. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
9. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
10. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds
11. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the manufacturer has provided one.
